Our Process
Place Your Order
- Choose the size of your final design, select a file format (PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, SEW, SHV, VIP, VP3, XXX) and add any extras, such as Rush!, 3D Puff, or Applique.
- Proceed to Checkout. Go to the Orders tab on the My Account page and click on Details.
- Complete the Order Details, attach your artwork, and Send.

Request Quote
- As soon as we receive your quote, we analyze your artwork and requirements.
- When your quote is ready, you will receive an email with the details.
- Go to the Orders tab on the My Account page and pay for your Order.
Processing
- Once your order is paid for, we will begin working on your design.
- Orders placed before 10AM Central Time will be ready by 2PM the next day.
- Rush service is available.
Digitized Files Delivery
- You will receive an email letting you know when your order is complete.
- Download your order from the Downloads tab on the My Account page.
